Privacy policy

We may collect your name, phone, email, delivery address, order details, device information, and marketing preferences. UGC creator applicants also provide links to work samples and timestamped acknowledgements of the creator brief and content license. Payment credentials are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Donna Natural.

We use information to process and deliver orders, prevent fraud, provide support, measure site performance, evaluate UGC creator applications, arrange selected PR-package deliveries, and—only with consent—send launches, offers, and care tips.

When you type your name, phone number, or email into a checkout or offer order form, we save them with the products you picked as you fill in the form, even if you don't place the order. If you leave without ordering, our team may contact you once or twice by WhatsApp or email about the products you left. Reply STOP or use the link in the message, and we won't contact you about it again.

We share necessary details with service providers such as couriers, payment processors, hosting, analytics, and messaging platforms. We do not sell personal information.

We retain records only as long as needed for service, legal, accounting, and security purposes.

We use an analytics tool (PostHog) for every visitor to understand how the site is used and to improve it. It records the pages you visit, your clicks and scrolling, and a session recording that replays how you moved around the site. Anything you type into form fields is hidden in recordings, and payment pages hosted by our payment provider are not recorded. If you're signed in, recordings are linked to your account. This data is stored on PostHog's servers in the United States.

Site analytics and session recordings run for every visitor. You can block them through your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker. You can also unsubscribe from marketing, or ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information, including recordings linked to your account, by contacting us.
